Kitchen/Diner

The kitchen/diner provides everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay in our holiday cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave, and there is a dining table with three chairs.

All essential items are provided, including a kettle, plates, mugs, cutlery, bowls and glasses, ensuring you have everything required to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. This space combines functionality with comfort, where you can make meals using fresh local Cornish produce.

Living Area

The lounge area has a two-seater sofa and an armchair, providing ample space to relax after a day of exploring the Lizard Peninsula and beyond. There is a wood-burning stove, ideal for cooler evenings and this is in addition to the oil central heating throughout the rest of the cottage.

Entertainment is provided by Freeview TV and DVD player, ensuring comfortable evenings in and a great way to relax.

Bedrooms

Located on the first floor are two bedrooms that provide comfortable accommodation for up to three guests. The double bedroom and single bedroom both feature wardrobes and drawer space, along with Freeview TV and DVD players.

Both rooms have crisp white linen sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases on the beds, to give you a peaceful night’s sleep.

Bathroom

The bathroom is located on the ground floor. It features a walk-in shower with both bath and hand towels provided, and includes a shaver point.

The ground floor location offers easy accessibility whilst maintaining the cottage’s traditional character.

Outdoor Space

The private courtyard offers a great outdoor retreat, complete with table and chairs for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh Cornish air. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea or evening drinks.
